New UDOT Snow and Ice Performance Measures:

Performance measures will become the norm in effective snow and ice removal.  RWIS stations are central to providing valuable information for maintaining safe winter roads.  Key measurements will include real time reports on: road temps, snowfall rate, wind gusts, precipitation identification, freezing rain, and fog.
